The tournament lasts eight weeks and consists of eight stages. There is one two-hour stage every week: the first hour is an open practice ground, in the second hour an official competition is held. Each stage is organized and conducted by Axtonia Axe Pro.

After each stage, an updated scoresheet is made public. The competition pairs for the final stage are determined based on the seventh week's scoring chart. The winner of the tournament will be crowned Axe Throwing Super-Champion.
